Primary

The Primary consists of Classes I to IV

Students in Grades I-IV are evaluated through a continuous assessment system following the Continuous Classroom Evaluation (CCE) format. This includes a combination of written and oral class tests, assignments, presentations, activities, projects, and worksheets. The assessment also considers regularity and the quality of classwork and homework presentation, encouraging students to work consistently and systematically.

For Grade IV, a summative exam will be conducted in Term 2 (Annual Exam) to help prepare them for the transition to the next grade.

At Aiswarya Public School, our lower primary section (Classes I – IV) is thoughtfully crafted to align with the inquisitive and exploratory nature of young learners. With the guidance of nurturing adults, children actively engage in activities that ignite their imaginations and foster creativity. We strive to instill a love for learning in our students and nurture their resilience and determination to tackle challenges with confidence.

In line with our approach to holistic education, we have adopted a “no homework policy” for classes I and II, allowing our students to fully immerse themselves in the joy of learning and exploration during their early years of schooling.

Timings: Students of Classes I to IV begin their day at 9.30 a.m.

In the Primary section, we emphasize Learning
by Doing to enrich the learning experience.
